With over 15 years of personal training experience, I bring energy, passion, and a whole lot of heart to every session. I am a certified Zumba instructor and stretch practitioner, and I love creating dynamic training experiences – from one-on-one coaching to HIIT cardio, group classes, and personalized stretch programs.
Fitness has always been a powerful force in my life. My background is in my Thai, and Capoeira taught me strength, discipline, and the joy of movement lessons.
